Honestly don’t know why I’m still paying for my subscription when I can’t use the app 99% of the time; it either shuts down at random (never saving where you’re at on the project either) but when it does stay open, it then can’t connect to your Cricut machine to actually be able to make the project you just spent hours (if not days) trying to just design! Subscription honestly needs to be made cheaper considering the amount of constant bugs users encounter (and since the free version is super limited in what you can actually do with your machine-that and its materials are also expensive!)

Horrible to work with at the moment, crashes, deletes my work. None of the advice works or fixes issues. Waste so much time on projects.

Don’t like the idea that you have to pay for a subscription (after a one month free) . Of course people need to be paid for their work but the Cricut machines are expensive enough so the company should make subscription free but the designers need to still be paid! I enjoy the designs on the site, they’re great!

Keeps crashing doesn’t print I literally have a client waiting on me and this app won’t work at all Not recommended to anyone to buy their machines and use their apps

every other day I have issues with this app from not sending project to printer then no longer giving you the option to, to all of my project thumbnails looks the same, I don’t know if this is just a issue for devices like iPads and phones or on every platform but incredibly frustrating paying the good money for the machine but it’s basically unusable because you have to use this terrible app!! If I could give it zero stars I would, do better.

App always freezes or crashes. I’ve had saved work deleted.

The app is constantly crashing. You can’t change the pressure with out it bouncing back to the project page and it keep moving my items on the mat

Infuriating setup process - landscape orientation on iPad wont let you setup machine because you can’t press the “accept terms” checkbox - took ages to click to turn it portrait and was okay from there - stupid… after that - aside from the push to sign up its been mostly smooth sailing, with a few glitches and crashes… so mostly okay… fixing these frustrating and confusing bugs would go a long way
