Steep learning curve in the beginning if you do not have any previous exposure to designing programs. After you get to know the terminology and what it does, it becomes easier.. A lot of glitches in the program and sometimes takes for ever just to open the program. Overall not to bad.

I recently bought a machine and downloaded the app, I cannot subscribe to cricut access. I did contact the member care and spend almost two hours on a call trying to sort out and even the cricut agent failed to assist. I am so frustrated 🙆🏽‍♀️😔

Always always a crashing problem. I honestly never done a project without this app constantly crushing and stopping in a middle of a cut or unable to load properly since day one never works 100% not worth the money i have to pay monthly honestly.

Downloaded the App, won’t even go to the login page - can’t do anything even though I’m running on IOS17.2… disappointing!!!

What is more irritating than this app and desktop version crashing is Cricut FAQ suggesting shutting down laptop or iPad for its error thus potentially losing work currently open in other apps. For what you pay for these machines get your act together.

Sometimes when you want to say “make it” the app gets stuck and you can go back or forward, you have to close the app and restart
