Cannot pay with bank app in this app. Frustrating after trying multiple times. The wheel just keeps on spinning… worthless

Impossible to pat with bankcontact. The app does not switch over to the bank app....

Long waiting times in non ventilated staircase

It has always been the case and does not seem to change or matter: queuing in non ventilated overheated staircases.

Volledig waardeloos, aan deze app heb je werkelijk niets. Er werd zelfs niet de moeite gedaan om alles correct in het Nederlands te vertalen.

Aucun intérêt, application avec bugs

Réplique du site internet sans intérêt. Nombreux bugs, impossible de payer en ligne avec Bancontact ou Visa. Bref, à l’image du low cost malheureusement …

A complete disaster and waste of time for consumers and money for the company (probably a developer charged not more than €1k). Cannot process the reservation and payment at all. Constantly blocked when the app ‘tries’ to connect to my bank account. Could you please just remove this from the App store?

21 juillet 2023 , je vais rechercher ma fille à l’aéroport de Charleroi , je rentre dans le parking 3 min le temps de mettre la valise dans l’auto , je me dirige à la caisse pour payer et le prix est de 10 eur 🥹🥹 , Incroyable mais vrai , une honte
