While trying to send $3,500, your app such collapsed and locked me out. I was unable to log in for 10-12 hours, which is completely unacceptable for a financial service. To make things worse, your customer care is unresponsive and unhelpful(not clear). At a time when I needed urgent support, there was absolutely no one to assist me. For a money transfer application that deals with people’s hard-earned money, such negligence is shocking. Because of this terrible experience, I have lost all trust in Crobo. I will stop using your application immediately and I will not recommend Crobo to anyone. Financial platforms must provide reliability, security, and fast support — your service has failed on all fronts. I am not sure why are they asking data/id verification for small amounts like 1000$ or 2000$ , while other apps don’t ask verification unless the transaction is above 2999$. And the worst part, it doesn’t let you upload your id pictures manually and when capturing it detects and captures automatically which is blurry and then it shows a message, database connection lost and if somehow you were able to capture, it will say couldn’t read id and failed. After which it gives an option to retry which doesn’t work.
