I you can do not order from this company online the process of receiving your merchandise is very slow and very difficult. Placed an order on December 22 and still waiting the delivery date just keeps changing. My son was home on leave and now I will have to ship his shoes to him to Japan and that’s going to cost me extra 70.00- 100.00 dollars because this company takes forever to even send the shoes out of the door. BEWARE

Do not waste your time ordering online cause the delivery dates will keep changing first! Mine were suppose to be next delivery then it change to 3 day delivery now I’m having to wait til Jan 7 . You’re better off going in store to buy .

Love it instead of me going to Amazon to look for crocs . I can just click the app and it shows different styles of crocs

The app itself is great and I don’t have much of a problem with that. However I constantly get notifications. And to be honest, I don’t even know how to turn them off. That is the only problem I actually have with the app. The app itself is average.

I ordered crocs for my brother November 30 and today is December 16 and I still haven’t received my crocs or gotten an update of the situation. The last thing it says is that the carrier is waiting for the package. Is not fair the fact that we spend our money here just to be treated like this. I have no idea when ima get my crocs or if I’m getting them after I alr paid for them. 0/10 would not be ordering from this page again.
