Back in the day Starbucks used to have these cards with promo codes to get certain paid apps for free and this was one of them. I love this crossword app. Easily the best one out there. But then they stopped supporting this one because they have a different one you can pay for and they never decommissioned this, thankfully. I do use the Hints feature on some of the harder puzzles and I really wish they’d stop using OneAcross.com which is basically just a spam ad site and now it doesn’t even give you the hints. This one's the best by far. This problem has NOT been fixed, despite many, many complaints by users. I really want this app to go back to being the best crossword app on the iPad, but as it is now I cannot recommend it to anyone.
