I should’ve read the reviews before downloading. There is a pop up that wants you to link your social media accounts, after I put in my username or log in, nothing happens. The pop up won’t move and I can’t get past it. It’s useless and I hope it doesn’t have my personal information.
I used them in the past and don’t know why I changed. But I’m definitely back and they have been very helpful with making sure everything is working well. I highly appreciate this platform!
Downloaded it to see the capabilities, decided to opt out. Now it won’t let me delete my profile
Literally the only thing I wanted to use this for was to track followed/unfollows on Twitter. After connecting my account, it did nothing. This option wasn’t even there, and it showed no information available about my account.
This crowd fire did nothing for me and my business. Period.
It’s broken again.
I ran into so many problems after subscribing then I unsubscribed and went to get my money back from apple and I should have kept the subscription because apple said it didn’t qualify for a refund, my mistake I could kick myself. So I’m out ten bucks and the problems I had were accounts not working they said they were linked but not showing up and when they did work they wouldn’t post all I’d get is the Oops error screen or the app wanting more money so I’m out ten bucks and I deleted the app. I’m old I just wanted something simple!!
I am an indie author who uses Crowdfire to build my brand and maintain my social media presence. The platform is seamless, user friendly, and affordable and customer service is fantastic. Would recommend to any other business owners!
I’ve been charged for using this app for years where it’s not even been connected to accounts. I get emails saying that I need to reconnect, but I can’t unsubscribe through the email. I can’t unsubscribe through the website. I can’t unsubscribe through the app. And I can’t unsubscribe through Apple. I don’t know what to do and I can’t even find any help.Would be happy to remove this review if somebody would just handle this for me
I have tried to log in to my Twitter. It opens the login to authorize and Twitter shows it was authorized, but the Crowdfire app just stays at the “connect” page and won’t do anything else. Killed the app, restarted phone, still the same. Seems like the app is just there to get your credentials and nothing else. Deleted.
