I have spent a month trying to get rewards sent to me and have supplied all the requested information but no response back with a resolution has been received. -- Am8dor, 2025-09-24 ### *---- "terrible app" I never used crowdtap and only through third parties I saw, but genuinely I deleted the app after my first time using it. It's trash got my account suspended even though I answered TRUTHFULLY? Yeah no thanks keep your app, I'll stick to others. -- visnekio, 2025-09-23 ### *---- "Suspended my account" I was a loyal member for years. Dedicated to answering questions daily. They suspended my account and I never got my $50 gift card. -- Tmariezz, 2025-09-22 ### *---- "CROWDTAP IS A DISHONEST APP!! Don’t download it." I used to enjoy Crowdtap. They now accuse people of being liars and kick them off without telling them they were unsubscribed from their site. Don’t even think of moving, changing marital status or job titles which are normal changes that happen in life. I had thousands of Crowdtap points accumulated that I was going to redeem when I was kicked off for no good reason. When I contacted support team who took forever to answer me they said that I was found to be dishonest twice. They are the dishonest people! They probably don’t want to give out gift cards anymore and that is the real reason they are kicking people off their site left and right I have never heard of any other site or app doing this. I find this ridiculous!! If you don’t want to get frustrated don’t download the Crowdtap app. ITS NOT WORTH THE TIME AND EFFORT!! -- Hi it's me again %), 2025-09-16 ### *---- "Do NOT waste your time on this app" I used this app for several years off and on, usually with no issue, but if I ever needed support when a gift card was not redeemed to me, it was at least a month’s wait to hear back from support. There is no phone number to call, and no form of contact other than through an automated system until live support finally gets back to you, again, an average of 3-5 weeks later. However, MOST of the time the gift card redemptions worked, and I had foolishly come to rely on it enough to use it every day, earning around $25+ a week in grocery store gift cards for about three weeks in a row. Then, while waiting on a gift card to actually be sent, I submitted a support ticket and was suddenly banned for suspicious activity… I guess using the app daily and redeeming my points so often was suspicious or something, because that’s the only change in my usage I can think of. Support finally got back to me 6 WEEKS after my request to at least receive the final gift card I had earned. I have been told I will not get the gift card I earned before the ban. They have not responded further when I pointed out that this is blatant theft. So if you do decide to waste your time on this poorly and unfairly ran business, don’t rely on it to actually pay you. -- TuckLav, 2025-09-11 ### *---- "WONT LET ME USE THE APP" I used to cash out all the time, recently all of my giftcards have been denied and my points (sometimes) returning. Now it says I am ineligible to redeem points anymore? I'm finally going to delete the app, which is unfortunate because I used to love using this app but it's become too aggravating and I'm done wasting my time, I've reached out to support countless times and nothing has changed. Their support doesn't really help either. -- shdjensnsjajawag, 2025-09-10 ### *---- "Just a weak app" No surveys for two weeks, bad customer, always have bugs for some reason, and account got suspended for no reason. Don’t waste your time with this app. -- assmilk123, 2025-09-09 ### *---- "Delays?" What more can I say , I tried to get a gift card on august 7 and nothing . Checked emails and made sure if it had been approved but all it says it’s pending -- nxbs a fellow k?d support :>, 2025-09-01 ### *---- "Worst customer service" Fun app when it works. But if you run into a glitch there is no one to help out. The app arbitrarily shuts you out for what they tell you is not following their rules. All you get is a bot called tappy who is useless. No one ever gets in touch with you when you submit a question -- 1215mamacat, 2025-08-20 ### *---- "Do not install will suspect you a right and not king and my answer were right" Not no install this app is the worst app ever they suspect me and my sibling we want to answer surveys to get gift card it was like If you get it wrong we will suspect your account and they suspect it rude and bully not nice peaceful -- like the manga App, 2025-08-20 [View all Crowdtap Surveys & Opinions reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Crowdtap Surveys & Opinions Discovered Keywords - swag - earn rewards - earn gift cards - panel app - free gift card - gift card apps - gift card rewards - money rewards - opinion - gift card granny ## Apps Similar to Crowdtap Surveys & Opinions - [Influence - Paid Video Surveys](https://apptail.io/app/influence-paid-video-surveys-uwd/united-states) - [1Q: Earn Easy Cash for Surveys](https://apptail.io/app/1q-earn-easy-cash-for-surveys-EPd/united-states) - [Media Rewards: Earn Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/media-rewards-earn-rewards-kyj/united-states) - [Surveymonkey Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/surveymonkey-rewards-GJo/united-states) - [MSR | Turn Data Into Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/msr-turn-data-into-rewards-jTq/united-states) - [ProductLab: Earn Rewards Daily](https://apptail.io/app/productlab-earn-rewards-daily-Nsy/united-states) - [BananaBucks - Surveys for Cash](https://apptail.io/app/bananabucks-surveys-for-cash-hnA/united-states) - [SurveyMagic - Surveys for Cash](https://apptail.io/app/surveymagic-surveys-for-cash-BXA/united-states) - [SurveyParty - Earn Cash Fast](https://apptail.io/app/surveyparty-earn-cash-fast-kxD/united-states) - [Kaching - Cash for Surveys](https://apptail.io/app/kaching-cash-for-surveys-XNV/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
