I tried to cash out and after providing three forms of identity when I went to redeem you had to agree to allow access to your bank account, balance and all transactions for past 90 days. This is not necessary and I refuse to allow any individual or company complete access to. My banking transactions. They can keep the 50.00 but I will never play again! The Good…The games are fun and I have won multiple times . The bad..,I submitted a request to redeem funds over a week ago. I was then asked to provide some additional information which I did the same day. It has now been 5 days and I have tried to contact support multiple times daily asking for an update and am getting absolutely no response… my request is still pending and no one will even respond. Very irritating!

I originally rated them 5 stars cause they actually pay good and in 24 hours. However contacting support is not good. I put in a ticket 5 days ago and they still have not even seen it! I get they have a lot of players to deal with. They have on there answers with in a few hours. I could see 4 or 5 but not 5 days. If you’re going to operate a business at least have the respect enough to communicate. Put on there it will take (X) amount of days to process the ticket or question. I read the privacy policy and term and conditions and my issue is not mentioned in there. No where does it mention support wait times and responses. I’m still waiting on a redemption! You asked to verify a card and I did so. The documents were sent. Either way, if you had specified that this would take days not hours then say so!! I see this complaint a lot and on trust pilot as well. Just say something! Please

Played for a few weeks, I was sketched out at first did the verification process and had some luck. I redeemed a few small wins. I put in 500$ then won 2700 and tried to redeem the prize. It has been 5 days. Tried contacting the support team to no avail. Do not download this very scummy/shady.
