To be honest.. Crunchyroll is a great app and all, I know you want people to buy premium, but why so much ads? Every second there’s ads, I can’t even enjoy a full minute without watching ads. I would enjoy watching ads at the end of every episode at least or 1 or 2 ads during the episode. I’m tired of this, I’m gonna go back to Netflix

Can’t access account.
Tried, tried and tried again to get access to a verified account and access my account to reset my password but you’ve got to go around all this bs to get a link for it but you can’t get the link for it because you have to request someone else has to get it for you and you do so ask for the link and now I’ve been waiting for a agent to reply to said request but I’ve been wait for a hot minute now and it’s just starting to get beyond a bit of a joke.

The app works fine, but some anime’s are missing season 1 due to copyright issues and it’s so frustrating!

Removed updated ep list + Limited content.
Removed updated episode list within the app and that was such a useful tool I would continually take advantage of. With this and not having all the latest new shows coming out it is hard to still remain a customer going forward.
