All of them need premium
Though there are a lot of different varieties of animes, almost all of them need premium! Like, I can’t even watch a single anime without premium. Even Netflix is better than this! I wanted to give a 2-star rating but this is just too much. 100% don’t recommend this to ppl that don’t wanna buy premium.(unless ur rich)
Less ads
I saw many people talk about this app so i downloaded it, i had high expectations but after looking at other reviews i thought it would be terrible. And it did went terrible, another review said that there were like lots of ads within 2 minutes of watching. I started watching a anime and after 2 minutes of watching, 6 ads popped up. Some were long and some were short. I suggest reducing the ad count to 2 ads for 5-15 seconds each 10minutes. Like YouTube.
It feels like a scam if you don’t have premium/mega fans
I feel like we get too many ads if you don’t have premium, which makes us barely able to watch the episode. I get a lot of “six ads in a row” somehow each 2 minutes. Also, most of the animes only allow us to watch the first few episodes of a season and the rest is locked behind premium, which isn’t fair for a lot of people who rather can’t pay for it or doesn’t want to pay for it. Please let us watch the whole anime without premium if it isn’t too much to ask for. You can still add adverts, but at least make them shorter, make less of them in a row or let us skip them for free.

None of the content I want to watch works in Hong Kong
Offline viewing does not work
Offline viewing is advertised as a key premium feature of membership subscription, but downloads never complete and constantly throw errors. I've tried this numerous times on different devices and in different locations and result is the same, while other apps like Netflix download episodes in minutes. Paid functionality not delivered as promised.
Playback Speed
Lots of streaming sites can adjust the playback speed, Crunchyroll should add this function and shouldn’t fall behind on that one.

It have both popular and unpopular anime and so much more but almost everything needs premium to watch
