Slow,delayed and loads to often

Back when I first subscribed to Crunchyroll there was a ton of ways to interact with fellow anime fans: through a custom bio, forums, commenting on anime episodes and writing reviews. Alot of these allowed a user to make informed decisions, talk about an episode, have a laugh, etcetc. All of these features have now been taken away: comments and reviews being the final nail in the coffin. Crunchyroll have been known to be lax in their moderation and management of the platform so in some ways perhaps it's a good thing. But it's sad to see one of the leading legal ways to watch anime and support the animators become essentially more featureless than some less savory ways to view anime. At this rate it may be better to drop digital and go back to the old dvd days.

Both gone? Why can’t you just hire mods. This will heavily impact members. Many will unsubscribe and maybe subscribe once or twice a year to binge watch or to see a new season of their favourite show if it’s not on another free platform.

Having the comment section in each episodes brings enjoyable moments for the people thinking about after seeing the episodes and their reaction about it. But for some reason removing the comment section would tear the community apart and they wont be able enjoy the episodes without seeing the comment section

In what world does removing a comment section benefit the viewers experience. Reading the comments after a newly released episode is part of the experience.

I actually cannot believe you guys have removed comments and reviews. Seriously disappointing to get rid of one of the few things that made this service unique. A massive part of what I like about Crunchyroll is being able to easily see what people are saying about the series or episode. If you don’t bring it back I think me and a lot of other people would stop paying for the service. It’s a lazy solution to whatever problems you are trying to fix.

I love this streaming app so much. I love how the cost is increasing while having features being removed at the same time.

I love watching one piece but all of a sudden when I try to watch it on my phone it says update to get the latest and greatest but when I try to update it says you need iOS 16 but my phone can not update to iOS 16 because it is to old and if I wanted to watch without updating there is no option to continue without updating therefore I can’t watch any one piece please fix this issue so I can keep enjoying.

Easy to use app with easy use on Apple TV and iPhones etc. Good selection of anime’s and live simulcasts as well. SpyX, my hero academia to name a few faves

I was minding my own businesses and decided to watch crunchyroll and when i get on it says “you have the old version of the app,download the latest version to enjoy better experience” when i’d like to update i pressed the update button and it brought me to the app store and there was NO OPTION TO UPDATE,please fix this!! I absolutely hate it.
