Bad optimization
Please optimize your app as it struggles to stream 720p video on 20mbps internet. Also when video is buffering during episode, it skip some frames rather to play at same time when video stutters. It was not an issue before

It’s perfect
It perfectly good in anime quality and easy page but there are some anime like beserk that they don’t have hope so they add btw it’s good
Multiple screens
Need to add multiple screens for multiple users like other apps do like “Netflix and prime” its a big loop hole in this app need to fix it ASAP cuz we paid for multiple screens but what we get is one personal account for all the screens no screen privacy in this app
Fix my problem
Why i cant able to update the app in my iphone 7 i have the subscription
Major issue
Playback speed changing feature is not available. Even the piracy sites are offering it. Apart from this, Funimation's library is not available in Pakistan. (I'm paying for it so it should worth it.)
More filters, Genres, screen lock, brightness and volume control needed
This app is pretty good, I really like it so far, I have a few suggestions, it will make the user experience pretty good. 1 - Please give more filters like (rating, currently airing, finished, genres, country, language). 2 - Please give more Genres like isekai, supernatural, and many more, I can see hundreds of them on 9anime etc and only like 10 here. 3 - While watching the anime, please provide the screen lock so nothing else bothers me anymore. 4 - I should also be able to control volume and brightness of the anime while watching it, if you are watching a video in aloha browser, you can see by swiping on the screen on the left side you can control brightness and volume on the right side of the screen, this makes the user experience pretty good.

Connectivity issues
Worst app always says couldn’t connect doesn’t matter u have good internet or not i think i waste my money not recommended!
Not many titles
Everything is fine but when it comes to the titles they’re not so many. It kinda makes me rethink my subscription and makes me think that I’d rather use a third party website or torrent. NEED MORE TITLES specially the underrated good ones.
