Downloads for large files just fails every time after the 60% mark. For offline viewing, if I have a file downloaded it’s almost impossible to access unless I switch to offline mode. Ideally I should be able to access downloaded files even if I’m not off-line and viewing a file should happen from off-line cash instead of the Internet if I’m actually connected to a flaky Network but I’m seeing the off-line file.
I just can’t find a way to cancel my subscription, nothing on the app, it says go to App Store to cancel and there is no way to cancel there either. Why is it made so har.
I love the app, and I would definitely recommend downloading it and purchasing its subscription. However, the downloads are very very bad, it’s not an internet issue, it’s the same if I choose any video quality, some of them take 30min+, others don’t even download, oddly enough - some download in seconds. It’s very unreliable. I would request for this to be fixed and I would definitely adjust my rating accordingly once it is. Thanks ! :)
YOU HAVE SO MANY ADS.. ITS LITERALLY ABOUT 19 PER EPISODE THATS INSANITY PLEASE CUT DOWN ON THEM TO ATLEAST FIVE AN EPISODE
I honestly used to search the web for hours for something I enjoy watching and now I have it on my PlayStation and mobile it’s so handy and if I’m feeling like something different the browsing section is amazing would always recommend this app. <3

Don’t get me wrong I love anime and this app but why do you have to buy premium to get the other six seasons of mha and English comes with premium as well but release let English be a thing you don’t have to pay for

i like it because i get to watch everything but there are so many ads every second and i got seven ads how bro
There are SOO many ads it feels like I’m watching ads instead of anime. Like, I wanna watch blue lock but I feel like I’m watching a compilation of ads and not just that but if there are about 4 ad collections in each episode, every ad collection has 5 ads that makes it 20 ads, and every ad is about 30 secs long then that’s just 2 minutes and 30 seconds of ads each episode, YouTube has videos that are about an hour long yet only have 3 ads and 5-10 second long ads making it 15-30 seconds of ads in an HOUR long video.
