RWBY: Arrowfell is a 2D action adventure RPG set during the events of RWBY Volume 7. Play as Team RWBY and protect the Kingdom of Atlas in an original, in-canon story written by the RWBY writers. Experience fast-paced combat, environmental puzzles, and character-driven storytelling inside the world of Remnant.

Instantly switch between Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and Yang Xiao Long. Each Huntress brings unique weapons, abilities, and combat styles to every encounter. 

Swap characters in real time to extend combos, solve platforming challenges, and adjust your strategy during battle.

Use each character’s Semblance to navigate the world and gain an advantage in combat:

Ruby’s Petal Burst lets you dash to evade attacks and cross gaps.
 Weiss’s Glyphs create platforms and control space during fights.
 Blake’s Shadow leaves decoys to distract enemies and reposition safely.
 Yang’s Burn absorbs damage and unleashes powerful counterattacks.

ACTION COMBAT AND BEAT 'EM-UP GAMEPLAY
RWBY: Arrowfell blends side-scrolling 2D action with beat 'em-up combat. Battle waves of Grimm, face armored soldiers, and defeat powerful bosses using timing and coordinated character abilities. Combat rewards smart play and pattern recognition, encouraging players to learn enemy behavior and optimize combo chains.
Explore the high-tech city of Atlas, the industrial depths of Mantle, and the frozen wilderness beyond. Each region features platforming sections, hidden paths, environmental puzzles, and optional encounters that expand the story.

CANON STORY AND ORIGINAL CAST
This is an official chapter in the RWBY saga. Written by Kerry Shawcross, Miles Luna, and Eddy Rivas, Arrowfell expands Volume 7 with new missions and new threats.

If you ask me it’s very stupid of them to even make people pay almost $17 dollars a month just to access a free to play mobile game instead of just selling it for one price. Crunchy Roll y’all are smoking or sleeping. Not even Netflix does that. Shame y’all could’ve been better but decided to be greedy.

REAL REVIEW: Yes you’ll need crunchyroll subscription but other services are doing the same, just giving extra to the paying customer, nothing bad about that. I would assume you need to login to crunchyroll if you download from the app store directly, but since i downloaded the games by clicking the game icon from their game library in the crunchyroll app, i didn’t have to login, it detected i was already a member! which was a plus for me, with that said here’s the game review.  I will say the game is straight forward with simple mechanics and even from what i played, there is still so much to do, starting with leveling up stats. You can pick and choose from the 4 characters as to who you want to play as, they have unique abilities to interact with the world and solve puzzles, and you can change an unlimited amount of times. This is the type of game i like, you can pop out your phone and start playing right away anywhere in any setting, simplicity is always best.

While it is true you need to have the highest subscription to CrunchyRoll to play, it is a very fun game. Just getting started, but the story is interesting as well. 

The only negative I have so far are the controls on the iPhone can be a little annoying. Crouching is difficult.
