Only lost money with cryptohopper

Monthly subscription is so high you can’t profit from the crypto market. Or you need to put in a minimum of a few thousand $$. Used a template and signals from an experienced trader and still lost money. My experience is better to trade manually and only pay some fees on your own exchange. In my opinion this app only works and earns money for you in a positive market. That i can do myself and don’t need this tool, saves me the expensive subscription. And why are subscription prices far higher in Europe then in the US? 2 stars and only for the TSL future that is the best thing. If subscription prices drop significantly i might try another time..

Ik vind dit op het gebied van crypto de leukste gadget. Het type veld was wit en mijn lettertype ook, dus excuus voor eventuele dpelfouen die ik dus niet kan zien

Old app was better

Hi CryptoHopper, Big fan of yours, however, the old crypthopper app was much better. I need to easily toggle buying on/off depending on the market conditions. Also I want to easily enable config pools. Please make some adjustments or bring back the old version aswel, Sincerely, Bart

Unresponsive

After the latest upgrade the app is no longer responsive. I’ve tried to close a position now dozens of times, but every time I login there it is again. I’ve given up trying to make buy orders via the app and just go directly to my Exchange instead. This caused me to lose quite a bit of money because my sell orders just didn’t happen! Lastly the the UI to me seems a lot more chaotic with too many menus and options scattered everywhere. A major step backwards. Sell orders are shown in red and also losses are also displayed in the same red color, making it confusing at times when trying to get information at a glance. I’ve uninstalled and will revert to using their website instead. A shame because the app was working just fine before the upgrade.

useless. does not recognize my username/password. reset only gives errors

installed this app, but my newly made username and password is said to be wrong. when trying to reset the stuff, the reset password page does not load and sending my username gives an smtp error.

Not all functions are stabel. Cant look at my stats. But overall it is a good app.
