Keine Reaktion im Forum. Keine Reaktion auf Mail. Die App scheint nicht betreut zu werden. „Tresor sperren" konnte nicht ausgeführt werden Der Vorgang konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. (Cryptomator-CommonCore.MaintenanceMode-Error-Fehler O.)“ Im Forum gibt es keine Hilfe. Auf E-Mails an die Entwickler keine Reaktion. Jetzt komme ich auf iOS nicht mehr an meine Passwörter. -- Pixelmason, 2026-03-08 ### **--- "Funktioniert leider nicht in Verbindung mit iCloud und Windows" Sieht eigentlich alles gut aus, aber leider funktioniert die App nicht in Verbindung mit iCloud und Windows. Wenn ich einen Tresor unter Windows anlege (in iCloud), kann ich dort auf jeder Ebene nur einen Ordner haben, also nie zwei Ordner nebeneinander, sonst kommt eine Fehlermeldung. Außerdem kann ich den Tresor weder auf dem iPad noch iPhone öffnen. Er lädt nur immer weiter, ohne das etwas passiert, obwohl ich zum testen nur einen Ordern mit einem Bild in dem Tresor habe. Schade, aber mit diesen beiden Fehlern ist die App für mich leider unbenutzbar. -- Joni_1984, 2026-02-22 ### *---- "War früher gut…" Inzwischen bekommt man unter iPadOS ständig die Mitteilung, dass die Kommunikation mit der Hilfsapp nicht funktioniert. Dann kann man gespeicherte Dateien weder löschen noch sonst wie editieren. Das gibt echt ein Kuddelmuddel im Back-up Ordner und ist so nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Dieser Fehler betrifft nicht nur eine einzelne Cloud, sondern alle Clouds, d.h. von verschiedenen Anbietern. An der Cloud liegt es also nicht. Außerdem: manche Dateien, die man in den Tresor hochlädt, können dann nicht geöffnet werden. Man müsste also jede hochgeladene Datei nachträglich überprüfen. Es gibt auch keinen Support. Der neueste Spaß, den sich Cryptomator auf meinem iPad erlaubt (aktuelles IOS): Die App belegt sage und schreibe 90 GB Datenvolumen vom lokalen iPad Speicher. Dabei sind sämtliche Safes extern. Sie sind auch vollständig hochgeladen. Cryptomator hätte keinen Grund am iPad so viel Speicher zu klauen. Einzige Lösung für mich: Cryptomator App löschen und neu installieren. Das hat wenigstens geklappt. Zur Zeit bin ich dabei, mich von dieser App weg zu orientieren. Ist nicht mehr verlässlich. Allerdings kam es jetzt zwei mal vor, dass ich einen Ordner nicht öffnen konnte. Es lädt und lädt, aber nichts passiert.
