Here is the email.  This email was a single email that could easily slip by your attention. Please be informed this is the fees they charge  within 13 months. 

It's been 12 months since your last transaction with Cryptopay, which means that your account is now considered inactive.

If you have funds in your account, starting from the 13th month of your last transaction, we'll begin charging a monthly Storage fee for storing them in the amount of:
 
10 EUR charged monthly (months 13 through 15 since the last transaction on your account) per each non-empty sub-wallet
30 EUR charged monthly (months 16 through 18 since the last transaction on your account) per each non-empty sub-wallet
50 EUR charged monthly (from month 19 and onwards) per each non-empty sub-wallet.
 
The total Storage fee charged per month cannot exceed 50 EUR.

The fee can be charged from any non-empty sub-wallet or sub-wallets at our discretion. In case the currency of the sub-wallet is not EUR, we will charge the equivalent of 10/30/50 EUR applying the exchange rates valid on that date.

The fee doesn't apply if your account is empty. If your remaining balance is less than the applied Storage fee, you will be charged your remaining balance.

To reactivate your Cryptopay account and avoid being charged the Storage fee, please make any transaction, e.g.:
 
Buy, deposit or withdraw cryptocurrency
Deposit or withdraw fiat
or Make an exchange operation.
 
For more information, please refer to Terms & Conditions, clauses 6.9-6.13.

If you no longer wish to use your account, you can close it in Settings once you have withdrawn the remaining balance.
