### ***** "Great improvement on Apple standard ‘Music’ App"
I bought this app a long time ago and the developer has continued to keep it up to date and bug-free.  I mainly like the way I can ‘swipe’ to next track - something that Apple has never implemented in its native app. 

The App is very much a ‘skin’ over Apple Music, but it does such a good job of making me able to use Apple Music more naturally. Apple seems to have forgotten their core principle of making apps that just ‘work’ and I am so pleased to have found this App that makes my music listening experience so much more satisfying again

I’ve been using the old discontinued SongOwl app for some of the path views that I couldn’t quite get working as I like in CS. But this new app enables that. 

I do miss the recently played list of songs in the old activity tab, but not that much.

I’ve been using this app on an iPhone for years. It’s wonderful. Rock solid performance. Keeps your Apple ‘Music’ app playlists, cloud music. local files, is totally customisable, doesn’t keep nagging you to rate it, looks good,… and it just works. Controllable from the Lock Screen… and when you reconnect via Bluetooth (like when driving) it recognises it and picks up from where you last left off. Highly recommended.

Back again to say just how much I appreciate this app after all this time. It allows me to listen to albums and really concentrate on the work of an artist. I understand why Apple Music is the way it is, but I also need something similar to an MP3 music library. A place without distractions. A place for my music collection. This is that place. It’s also the reason I have Apple Music, no other app seems to allow this sort of third party facility.

Excellent app, exactly what I was looking for. Apple’s somewhat equivalent had got so dreadful I’d stopped using it but this one hits all the marks. It’s essentially for those of us who have a curated library and simply want to engage with it in a pleasant way. It’s configurable and looks good too with changeable themes alongside a design aesthetic the way Apple used to be before going to the dark side. Highly recommended.

This is how the apple Music app should look but it crashes whenever I try to search. So I search on the Music app and then use CS to rate the music as it plays. The CS 'Activity' screen is also useful to check the Playlists that have been updated during the recent Synch along with the songs and albums that have been added. Synching from my Mac has become increasingly flaky as the years pass.

I’ve been a happy user of Cs Music for years. It does its job incredibly well: fast, intuitive access to my music in the style of old iOS versions of Music. It never gets in my way, with a clear and intuitive design, and I rely on it as my daily driver music app. This app gets it right.

Listening in my car, I pause when I need to get out for 10 minutes or so. When I come back it's forgotten what it was playing. It goes back to the first track in the playlist so you need to find where you were and cue manually. Very annoying. That plus the fact you need to keep the Apple Music app installed when the whole point is you're trying to replace it. Very disappointing. Not sure why it gets so many good reviews.

This is so great I have used it for years, it does everything Apple Music does but without the clutter, the intrusive ‘recommendations’, and showcased ‘pop’ music I would never listen to in a million years. Plus it keeps things like ratings that are much better than the dumbed down ‘love’. Please make an Apple TV version, Apple Music on Apple TV is just as annoying if not worse and there are no decent alternatives.

Well, I read that this app focuses on my own music collection, and also shows what's in Apple Music. My music ibrary is in FLAC and I read that this app plays FLAC, and Apple Music doesn't support FLAC. I've added some music to the Files (On My iPad), but how do I get them into this app? Or more importantly, how do I tell this app to use my folder of music which isn't Apple's Music? I've had to pay for this to find out, these doesn't seem to be a logical way to add music to this app other than via apple's app that won't read or accept FLAC. Not very happy at this stage.

The app is great, much better than Music, specially for those of us that have offline music and don't rely on Apple Music. 

A couple of things I'd like to see added in the future would be: 
Custom 'Now Playing' themes. Not a huge fan of the current one, too simple and it's missing key features such as a 'show lyrics' button. For me it is not clear which of my songs have it as I'd have to open each individually to find out. 
Add a shuffle all button on the artist page and shuffle button on the album page. I know this can be achieved by holding on each section but it'd be more user friendly with a dedicated button.

Been using this for a few years now. Much better handling of Artists vs Album Artists. Great UI. One question - there doesn’t seem to be a way to access the currently playing queue/playlist. Ie. If I’m playing an album and then use the “play next” or “add to queue” options on a track, how do I see the queue itself to edit or rearrange tracks.
