ATTENTION: Only for use in participating CSC GO laundry locations.

Laundry is easier with CSC GO. The app enables you to pay for a wash or dry using a Credit Card or digital wallets such as Apple Pay.  It makes it easy to lookup machine availability before you head to the laundry room, and notifies you when your clothes are ready. 

Features include:

· Easily find your CSC GO laundry room 
· Know when machines become available before you go to the laundry room
· Add funds to a CSC GO wallet for faster, no transaction-fee wash or dry payment
· Easy, secure payment using Credit Card and Apple Pay  
· Quick start a washer/dryer by mobile scanning the QR code or NFC tag on machine

This company’s machine’s break down regularly and responsiveness is non-existent. The UI is terrible. They have stolen money from me and wasted so much time. 

If your apartment complex or laundromat uses CSC, run. I wish I could rate it lower than one star.

### **--- "They don’t refund stolen money or repair machines."
My new apartment complex has these machines, and they’ve been very frustrating and horrible overall. The time left is rarely accurate, the machines it says are available often aren’t, and they often don’t refund money when the machines are clearly broken. I tried using a machine with a broken latch and it wouldn’t start work. Another machine didn’t have any water flowing into it. Both refund requests were denied. I set two repair tickets, and despite a technician being there within two days, neither was actually fixed. I’m going back to the neighborhood laundromat. Two stars because they actually have worked a few times.

This app never works and in an apartment complex with shared laundry there’s only so many open windows to wash your stuff. However 30% of the time this app never works and unsure if it’s my building or default for this app but there’s not another way to pay for laundry. So I’m usually stuck waiting around a day or 2 (with the rest of my building) for it to get fixed. Would avoid ever having to use this service if I could.

All forces a minimum on the amount you can add to wallet. This means there is always a balance. Why can’t I just pay the cost of the machine at that moment like I can I. The website? Why force me to load a wallet?
