Which means you need to carry the physical card. In this day and age this is just a joke. Sort it out! -- Mahkuhl11, 2026-01-15 ### *---- "What a shame" As others have reported for the last 6 years this app seriously needs some attention. Keeps stating Error occurred. Will this app be repaired or maybe I should delete it. -- J-F-H, 2026-01-07 ### *---- "Stopped working" Please update the app and correct the programming errors: —Error message-when trying to logon. —Error message-when trying a password reset. —Membership No doesn’t load into digital version of card. After logging out, I can no longer login. I tried deleting the app, downloading again, but still cannot login or reset password. -- AusPete, 2025-11-30 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Won’t allow a new member to generate a password, so entirely useless -- M from A, 2025-02-04 ### *---- "Nice Idea - NEEDS WORK" The application logs you out after a few days or weeks of not being used. This is unbelievably silly – it means that as you walk in the front door of the club and get the app out to show your card, you see the username and password prompt – so now you have to open your password management app, look up the username and password, and then transfer them across to the app. This takes 50 times longer than pulling a plastic card out of my Pocket. This is not a Swiss bank account with $1 billion in it, there is no security need to log us out. The display membership card function is a bit hidden within the menus – there should be a button somewhere that is always visible in every single screen that takes you immediately to displaying the membership card – this app is used in a high time pressure environment – walking past the Front security desk, when ordering a drink, when ordering a meal – these are fast paced environments and we shouldn't have to go digging around the menus to wonder where the membership card feature is. I put the membership card in back in my pocket – I'll check back in with this app in a year or so maybe by then somebody will have realised that this app needs to be unbelievably quick and easy in order to be at all useful. -- Ray Zondette, 2024-09-15 ### *---- "Terrible app" When trying to put in your membership details to login, it has an option for forgotten passwords. It might be useful if that option actually worked. -- Fjvtkddjudghdhv, 2024-05-22 ### *---- "It doesn’t work" I’ve tried numerous times to sign up but once I get to entering a new password things don’t progress past that point. Until I he bug’s fixed I’d suggest you carry the physical card. -- Organised Aussie, 2024-03-04 ### *---- "Terrible - time waster" This app needs some serious work. It is ok if you just want to show your membership card but the app doesn’t work when trying to book a table at the restaurants. It times out when you click on food and drinks. I would not recommend downloading this app. -- Completelysweet, 2023-09-27 ### *---- "Crashes on opening" I managed to enter my membership number and password but then on logging in the app constantly crashes. -- CanberraTrev, 2022-12-05 [View all CSCC Members App reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to CSCC Members App - [Deal My Car](https://apptail.io/app/deal-my-car-ENG/australia) - [Eurobodalla Libraries](https://apptail.io/app/eurobodalla-libraries-qyOe/australia) - [QPRC Libraries](https://apptail.io/app/qprc-libraries-zyOe/australia) - [Church Central Australia](https://apptail.io/app/church-central-australia-WDPh/australia) - [Commonwealth Club Ltd](https://apptail.io/app/commonwealth-club-ltd-aDQh/australia) - [PokitPal – Cash Back & Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/pokitpal-cash-back-rewards-kvXh/australia) - [Crossroads Christian ChurchCBR](https://apptail.io/app/crossroads-christian-churchcbr-TEBi/australia) - [MRI Strata Master Connect](https://apptail.io/app/mri-strata-master-connect-Zbdp/australia) - [CLUB SAPPHIRE MERIMBULA](https://apptail.io/app/club-sapphire-merimbula-joBp/australia) - [Hinen Solar](https://apptail.io/app/hinen-solar-MWLt/australia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
