I been with CSE for a few years now and this app has never gotten any better with performance wise, it locks you out constantly and if it’s the weekend nobody can help you until Monday. I absolutely love getting a notification that a transaction has occurred from CSE. Yet it doesn’t tell you how much, from whom, or whether it’s a deposit or a debit transaction without logging in. My OTHER credit union app DOES! To use mobile Bill Pay you HAVE to physically put in your password again; even though I’m already logged in. Come on developers, you can do better! CSE, seeing what my transactions actually ARE when I have signed up for the Alerts on my account, would be incredibly helpful, easy and nicer without having to then go and log into my account and figure out what the notification is for. I know it can be done because my other credit union CAN and does! Otherwise I can see the CSE app has come a long way in the past few years but technology has surpassed this app. Please catch up.
