Description
The ČSOB Smart Key will make it easier for you to log in and confirm payments in internet banking, as well as card payments in e-shops, or remote verification when calling the Infoline or a bank branch. You don't have to wait for a confirmation SMS and then rewrite the code from it. With the Smart Key, notifications will pop up immediately and you will confirm the request with a Face ID, fingerprint, or numerical PIN.

• The app can verify you remotely when calling the Infoline or bank branch

Za mě skvělá aplikace. Dobře propracovaná
Existují lepší banky na trhu
Asi jedna z nejhorších bank na trhu. Služby, které nabízí, jsou dostupné i u jiných a mnohdy i za lepších podmínek.
Smart Klíč se mi deaktivoval
Dnes v den updatu mi přestal fungovat klíč a musím ho znovu aktivovat na pobočce…
Apple Watch app
Hi, I appreciate the release of the Apple Watch app in times when companies tend to remove watch apps. I hope it will stay in the developer pipeline. I have three issues now: 1. No notification. I need to find the app and open it in order to confirm payment. 2. Buttons to type the PIN are extremely slow even on Ultra 2. 3. Is the PIN always necessary? AW works as an authenticator already, i.e. it can unlock my Mac when I wear it unlocked. Keep up with the good work, thanks!

napicu aplikaci nedokazu se ani prihlasit
Apple Watch
Chválím rozšíření aplikace i na Apple Watch. Při požadavku o ověřený ale nedojde na hodinky notifikace. Po manuálním otevření aplikace musím navíc pokaždé zadávat kód. Pevně věřím ze se jedná o chybu a ne o vlastnost této aplikace. Např. při potvrzení platby Apple Pay stačí při odemčených hodinkách dvakrát stisknout tlačítko na hodinkách. Doufám že ČSOB půjde také tímto směrem.
Spokojena
Posledni dobou mi nejde potvrdit QR kod jen pres dvojklik a musim ho zbytecne kopirovat do obrazku a vkladat pres galerii.

app works fine, just wondering why there is no support od confirmation on Apple Watch. So you plan it?
Jedna aplikace pro vše by byla lepší
Mít samostatnou aplikaci na potvrzování plateb je nepraktické. Většina bank už vše nabízí v jedné aplikaci, což je mnohem jednodušší a pohodlnější.
