The only terrible part about this game and it is TERRIBLE is the gold key crate system. Keys are extremely hard to obtain especially if you beat all legend and tempest stories. you might get 10 MAYBE in a month and if you don’t want to work to get them they are ridiculously expensive in the game store. You will never get the car you desire either.  You will get the same 3 or 4 cars every time which are trash and you could’ve gotten them out of a silver key crate. I’ve opened probably 50 gold key crate’s minimum this year and have been happy with what I got no more then 3 times the only time I remember being actually satisfied is when I got an Enzo but this was probably 8 months ago now. Super frustrating to have to wait a month to open a crate only to get a Bentley gt3 for the 10th time or a LB wide body Audi a5 for the 10th time. Once you unlock the F1 unless you want to spend copious amounts of money on the limited time event bundles the game becomes borderline unplayable

The most common complaint I hear is the aggravations on sorting garages. Move  one car and it moves a car in every garage. Easy fix is smaller icons and a “Lock” car in garage option. Awesome game besides this issue.

Played the game for years, as it’s a fun game. The game has a known bug where players randomly got free rewards that are supposed to be paid for. (You have no choice but to collect said reward as it’s a pop up reward selector) Players then get banned for the games mistakes. Even when contacted to appeal the ban they just close the conversation without a response. The worst player support I have ever seen.
