I really don’t have a professional way to state this, but the app is hot App is inconsistent loading what it needs to load, reroutes in app to an even-worse internet browser to load any useful info, and is plagued with the most user-unfriendly setup. I really don’t know if this review will do much for SOMEONE to completely overhaul the design, it just completely baffles me how a UC school cannot take the time or effort to clean up what’s supposed to be he main portal for alumni. Please please hire a professional to take care of this and stop relying on IT student interns to handle this.

No only is it predatory and unnecessary to charge students already paying thousands a semester to attend a **public** school… you’re also going to have for profit parking lots. So we’re paying hourly for parking … but then the parking app is also horrendous. Like come on! At least use our hard earned… in debt… money to get a decent parking pay app.

On my phone it repeatedly ask me to sign in.  Every time I do it just refreshes the page instead of signing in.  This problem just started recently

### ***** "I’m impressed"
I thought the app might be useless but there are a few features I really like. For example the parking space availability is great! I like to check it when I am running late, looking forward to all parking lots being added. Check the lines of coffee shops and see how many computers are available is cool too. I will keep this on my phone and use it for quick lookups in class and school information. Please keep updating and improving this app!

Never keeps you logged in. Doesn’t save your vehicle info. Glitches when buying a parking permit (and I got a ticket because I thought I purchased a permit, but apparently didn’t? And there’s no way to go back and see past activity). Doesn’t save your payment info. Navigates to blank screens. Doesn’t refresh to show classes once you do log in. Just not reliable at all.

I believe this needs to be implemented to use Cougar Courses as an app that allows a better view. It REALLY needs to add push notifications for when assignments are assigned and grades are posted.

### *---- "MISSING COUGAR COURSES"
This is not an angry review, or an attempt to be a little of the developers of this app. However, without the implementation of cougar courses this app is pretty much useless.

I don't understand how a school that is almost entirely based on viewing and submitting classwork online, doesn't have a dedicated app that links directly into their portal. If California State University San Marco's actually wants this app to be even remotely successful, then they better allocate all resources to implementing some sort of cougar courses feature in the next update for this app. Otherwise, it's really just a big waste of time and resources for everybody involved.

There's a lot of good stuff in the app that I'd like to use. However, it's got some usability issues. Slow loading, slow tab switching, issues getting the live stream to start. The computer lab checker is a great feature though.
