## CT Lottery 2nd Chance Reviews in United States

### *---- "The worst ever App"
I put all my personal info then it’s said failed verification, This is the job by Hackers, wondering state is collecting all personal data & selling it to hackers to make money?
-- GSS256, 2025-01-21

### **--- "App lacks a lot of simple UX"
Navigation is cumbersome. Simple things like being able to manage entries would go along way. For instance if you no longer have a ticket and want to delete an entry.
-- faceless listener, 2025-01-02

### ***** "Simple and easy to use!"
So much easier to scan tickets into my account than typing by hand. Love it!
-- nikkins0101!, 2024-12-24

### *---- "App Not Working, Poor Customer Service"
App continues to give error when trying scan a ticket. And my password expired. No why to reset password in the app. Emailed customer service… never responded. Called customer service and they couldn’t find my account. I’m done!!
-- W&c guy, 2024-11-23

### *---- "Second chance fail"
The scan will not happen. Bar code on scratcher will not scan. Another commiefornia fail.
-- 5starLA, 2024-05-29

### **--- "No longer working"
Stopped working
No updates
No replacement app
-- LAMPUNITSWC, 2023-07-20

### *---- "Version 1.8.0 not thoroughly tested"
Version 1.8.0, which was supposed to be a bug fix release, crashes on startup on iOS 16.4.1.
-- CoderToo, 2023-04-25

### *---- "Find a retailer near me"
After the recent update this feature no longer works. It was useful……
-- nonflnicknamerequired, 2023-04-22

### ***-- "Not working"
Has not worked for a few weeks. The app opens and thats it.
-- timothyherb, 2023-03-23

### ***-- "App is ok"
I like that your able to see how much you won. I do wish we was able to see more than what’s ur showing for games .. and sometimes the app works and sometimes it doesn’t , where I have to delete and reinstall
