## ctcLink Reviews in United States

### *---- "difficult to use"
if you use ctclink/okta don’t bother with the app— this UI and design is so janky. clicking through the inbox will jump to messages at random, the load times are terrible and trying to make a payment won’t work. use the browser version if you have to instead :/
-- snailwrath, 2025-01-10

### *---- "Not that useful"
Most of the things that can be used to access on here can be done in a browser, might even be faster. App experience frequent crashes, especially when login session expires.
-- RickyCrackers, 2025-01-09

### *---- "app just doesn’t work on the phone"
it’s way too glitchy to try and do anything on the app can’t even pick my collage to start logging in.
-- student10000000, 2023-12-27

### *---- "Can’t sign up for classes"
Won’t let me sign up for classes, sometimes can’t click and exit out of menus, won’t stay signed in, just is not functional. Does not work.
-- Totally worth it !!!!, 2022-09-12

### *---- "Won’t let me submit a payment"
Tried 5 times to pay tuition, met with a blank screen each time.
Looking at the other reviews this had been an ongoing problem for at least 6 months.
It seems like a pretty important feature to leave broken for so long.
-- Nick M2, 2022-06-22

### *---- "Insultingly terrible"
My god, even the user agreement that immediately pops up is janky and broken. Seeing the other reviews, this shouldn’t have been a surprised.

What a piece of garbage.
-- Chik Nuggets (my YouTube name), 2022-01-02

### *---- "Sad"
I got to Seattle Central. Very glitchy wish yall never updated
-- Young El, 2021-12-19

### *---- "Won’t let me make a payment."
When going to the make a payment page, it stays blank. Same thing goes for my mobile browser so I thought the app would be different. Guess not.
-- etherealsnowflake, 2021-12-06

### ****- "Nice App"
Easy to use.
-- xoxo mel, 2021-12-01

### *---- "Don’t even want to give 1 star"
