## CTEK Battery Sense Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Missing In Action"
Sensor continually drops out of Bluetooth connection. Frustrating to say the least.
-- Cub Camper, 2025-06-13

### *---- "Don’t use this"
CTEK Support says that it updates this app to fix critical bugs. That simply is not true. The current app is simply not fit for purpose, and CTEK should be very ashamed of not addressing the problems. I feel completely robbed having purchased this product. Never again. People take note and do not buy CTEK.
-- Frank.101, 2024-10-30

### *---- "Ok for a week"
So basic. Pretty poor though. My actual sender unit no longer connects to my phone via the app. The sticker with the number to connect is long gone. Its a very nice idea to be able to monitor your power usage but it shouldn't be this hard. Not worth the trouble.
-- Phelpsy1400, 2024-01-13

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Initial screen doesn’t allow option to move forward and battery sense is not available for connection - confirmed 12vdc at ctek input
-- Juliusangelo, 2023-10-16

### *---- "Zero stars"
If I could give this no stars I would!!
It will not connect to iPhone 11 (2 different phones) or an iPhone 13. I am unable to get it to connect with all 3 handsets. Will connect to a Samsung s20+. Do not purchase this it is a discontinued product. I have purchased a ctek 25 amp charger and a 20 amp dc to dc however due to the lack of support and response from ctek I’ll be going with redarc in the future sorry you’ve lost me ctek
-- fjdgetehrdj, 2023-01-15

### ***-- "Temperature and voltage are in accurate"
The temperature of my battery is currently 12.8 V
And the level of charge is currently 30°C

### *---- "Total waste of money - steer clear"
I made the mistake of purchasing three of the CTEK devices for vehicles owned by various members of the family. Total waste of about $300 (Australian). Their software is rubbish and never worked reliably with any of the three devices. Their tech support is a joke and when they eventually responded to complaints they kept promising that they would fix the problems. Never happened. Now I have been contacted and told that all of my CTEK devices will no longer work because they have “old firmware”.
-- Nuttyasafruitcake, 2022-08-18

### *---- "Wont install"
Not at all easy to install, must accept terms and conditions and then asks for permission to share dat a, no tick box to progress installation
-- gbanksxoxo, 2022-07-25

### *---- "App not working"
App has stopped working. And no fix? Have reinstalled, tried on different phones with no success, just a frozen screen with no live info .
-- cig red sch, 2022-05-01

### *---- "Pathetic"
After waiting years for an update the latest one does nothing to fix IOS 15 issue even though the update claims too.
I wish I had never bought this expensive overpriced junk.
-- Thaiger Hunter, 2022-04-13
