Exercise video library will be available, including video uploads to help with form and technique. Also I do ask my clients to video there exercises which they are struggling on so you can also book a time to review your training .You can view your current package, check how far you are into the program and how many weeks you have remaining which is simple to follow . Here at CTFitness our clients welfare , health and mental state ,is very important to us .
