## CTM Phone Description
CTM Phone is the mobile softphone for teams using CTM. It keeps agents connected to calls, texts, and voicemails on the go, with the context of every conversation captured in your CTM account.

Handle conversations from anywhere:

• Answer and place inbound and outbound calls using your CTM tracking numbers
• Send and receive text messages with customers and leads
• Get push notifications for new calls, texts, and voicemails
• See which number or campaign a contact is responding to

See the history behind every call:

• View contact details, notes, tags, and recent activity
• Quickly scan activity that started from calls, texts, forms, and website chats recorded in CTM
• Add notes and tags while you’re on the call to keep the team in sync
• Review recordings and voicemails so you can follow up confidently

CTM Phone is a companion to the CallTrackingMetrics web app. Admin features such as configuration, reporting, routing rules, and form or chat setup are managed in the web interface. An active CallTrackingMetrics account on a supported plan is required.

## CTM Phone Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t Ring"
The one thing you’d want it to do. Yes I set the settings and had phone volume on. Doesn’t ring in the slightest for incoming calls.
-- Cait1277, 2026-05-09

### **--- "Missed calls"
I have the app deleted off my phone so When I am
Logged in on the desktop the phone is still ringing to me and it’s showing missed calls when I am on a not ready status. I regret downloading the app because it is making me ready for calls automatically when I am not logged in on active ready status.
-- bjoryduhxj g g bb h h, 2026-04-27

### **--- "Update made it worse"
The update took away bold lettering for incoming text messages, you can't see what number you're texting from anymore or change the number you're vtexting from, every call has a different color very chaotic instead of incoming calls, missed, and outbound calls. It doesn't ask you if you want to switch to your cell phone on a call anymore ...Update is not user friendly at all
-- User13florish, 2026-04-26

### ***** "Great app"
Amazingly responsive team
-- Taf2, 2026-03-31

### ***-- "Help"
When I install new app it still rings and opens in old app. When I uninstall old app the phone doesn’t ring at all.
