## cTracing Reviews in United States

### *---- "Terrible product"
The range is absolutely awful you can’t go more than 10 feet away from the tracker or else it will disconnect. And occasionally it will just disconnect for no reason.
-- jimmy1cake, 2020-07-27

### *---- "Don’t bother."
1) the range is very limited. I think it maybe registered 30 ft.
2) the devices powered off after 10 minutes or so and need to be synced back to the phone in order to work so absolutely pointless.
-- SNOLA, 2020-03-01

### ***** "This app is a lifesaver!"
Downloaded this app after buying a tracker for my dog online and it's very simple to use and keeps me calm knowing that my dog is at home while I'm at work! I couldn't ask for more.
-- Alexanderthegreaat, 2019-08-03

### ***-- "Turns off"
Got a itag for free and it turns off after five minutes. It could be the battery. I give 3 stars because when it doesn't turn off it works great
-- Weirdly dum, 2019-07-07

### ***** "Love this"
These are life savers to finding my keys so glad I picked them up after seeing them on Facebook!
-- kambrown28, 2019-06-03

### *---- "Work Great?"
I purchased three of these. There are no batteries or direction provided with the purchase. I used their help on the app and there is no reference to what battery to use. Trail and error I tried cr3032 & 3025. Both activated the device but my iPhone couldn’t find them.

A waste of money and they want me to pay to ship them back to Indonesia for a refund.

They get a solid junk rating from me.

### *---- "Don’t waste your money"
Bought this about 2 months ago. At first it worked great but started to only work intermittently. Stopped completely 3-4 weeks ago. Changed it out for a new one (came with 4). None of the other 3 work. Either batteries are old and depleted or none of them are operative for whatever reason. Not worth your hard earned money. So sorry.

### *---- "It would be nice if it worked"
I received a few free units after I graduated. The unit itself keeps turning off because the button gets accidentally pressed, and even when it is on, it refuses to connect to the unit. All-in-all, it’s a load of crap :)
-- jourdaind, 2019-02-23

### ***** "This gadget actually works"
As a test, I had my niece hide my keys with that tracker attached. It took me a awhile, but mostly because she hid it in a box of clothes. I kept feeling around but couldn’t find them. Then I removed the clothes and found my keys and the device.
-- RayAllenT, 2019-02-05

### *---- "Doesn’t Stay connect to the device."
To stay connect I have to press the button on the device? Wondering what if I’m really looking for my keys???? :-/
