Ctrl.body - Abs Workout has five difficulty levels where you can choose from, starting with an easy one and ending with an extreme one.

What to expect from Ctrl.Body - Abs Workout?
⁃ tips and tricks from our trainer's team on how to do the exercise correctly
⁃ permanent assistance and guidance on achieving your goal
⁃ custom interval training based on low intensity and high-intensity workouts
⁃ videos for you to understand posture and moves
⁃ five to 85 minutes long workouts, depending on the difficulty level you chose
⁃ adjustment period for a couple of days for every plan
⁃ integrates with Health Kit, record your daily workout routines

Moreover, if you don't want to follow a regular workout and want a personalized one, you can customize your plan by answering some questions to figure out what you need.
