The CTS Member App is designed with accessibility, convenience, and compliance at its core—empowering members to manage their non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) needs effortlessly from the palm of their hand.

Through a modern, user-friendly interface, eligible users can schedule, view, and manage ride appointments with ease. Whether it's a trip to a medical appointment, therapy session, pharmacy, or another covered healthcare service, the app provides a seamless experience to ensure timely, reliable access to care.

The app guides users through each step of the ride booking process with an intuitive design that reduces confusion and improves accuracy. Members receive automated trip reminders and real-time status updates—from confirmation and driver assignment to pickup and drop-off—keeping them informed every step of the way.
