## CTV Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Won’t play on older iPad"
You just make Canadian content unavailable again by forcing people to buy new devices to play content that worked perfectly well a few days ago.
-- Geder23, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Wants new iPad yet can watch on Safari???"
How stupid is that?
-- LoneRGerU, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Doesn’t work 😡"
Since the last update, app doesn’t 🤦‍♀️😡
-- feedupp, 2025-01-01

### ***-- "Ads are obnoxiously loud"
Actual function of the app is good but the ads are obnoxiously loud and significantly louder than the program playback volumes.
-- roxy339, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Please fix your update issue"
I cannot afford to purchase a new iPad for your channel only. My cable charges that include this channel should grant me access. Please reset to your original format. Thank you.
-- ThroughMyEye, 2025-01-01

### *---- "update doesn’t work on my ipad mini"
The latest update that is required is beyond my ipad mini. Why would ctv alienate so many customers in this way? The ipads are not that old.
-- Perurbed, 2024-12-30

### *---- "iPhone 7"
I have an iPhone 7 and I cannot update CTV app therefore it is useless for me
-- Greggy the complainer, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Please fix app"
App is unstable and won’t play show without crashing but manages to relentlessly play Ads regardless.
-- Washburnmemphis, 2024-12-28

### *---- "If it is not broken , don’t fix it😢"
I have an IPhone 7, it’s all I have and can not download. I’m disabled and on a small pension with no other way of watching programs and news. Now I can no longer watch anything. 😢😢😢
-- Firechivk, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Disappointed"
What do you do if iPad does not have software update past 15.8.3
-- *Oma, 2024-12-24
