I got it for the widget but it doesn't show as an option for the lock or home screen

Be careful. I was duped into paying for a year of this app before ever even using it. When I realized (within minutes) what had happened, I went to cancel and request a refund. It was denied and now I’m stuck with a useless app. I much prefer Finch (it’s the same general concept…and it’s FREE).

After I level up I have to restart my phone Stays on the screen for having leveled up Closing the app does not help

I fear this app is a scam. It offers a free trial and then charges you before the renewal date they specify a charge will be made unless the app subscription is cancelled. Additionally, I cancelled my free trial before the date and was even still charged after the cancellation. I’ve had to dispute it with my bank when apple refused my refund. My bank notified me to be more careful with apps like this as a lot of them are scams. Edit: I HAVE NOW SPOKEN WITH APPS DEVELOPER AND APPLE AND AM NOW CERTAIN THIS APP IS A SCAM I downloaded the app and started the free trial on 11/26/24 and decided I did not like it as it was a copy of a another app I was going to use instead. I deleted the app AND cancelled my subscription on 11/26/24. They charged me on 11/26/24!! Apple said the charge went through because they were billing me for 11/26/24 - 12/3/24 and I did not delete the subscription 24 hours before the 26th?!?! How can I do that when that’s the day I downloaded the app?!?! Not to mention there was NO free trial! These people should be ashamed of themselves for doing this and taken money from people. And Apple should do better at monitoring their apps as I’m seeing this happen to a lot of people with this particular app. PLEASE BE CAREFUL! Another update due to developers response on this review: I am not that person that from March. I tried the apparently fake free trial in November. And I already contacted you and showed you screenshots of the evidence and you still didn’t refund me so I’m having to dispute it with my bank. This company is not to be messed with. Do not give them any personal information as they will scam you out of it. If you look at other poor reviews, they all state that their money was incorrectly taken from them.

The concept is great. Love using it. However, when the cub earns a reward, I equip it and then have to close the app because there is no way to advance from that window. When I reopen, the reward is still needing to be collected. Frustrating…

Works for a while but there’s nothing new to unlock and no daily goals to do with your pet so it gets boring. Really wanted to love it.

My child used this and wanted to just try the free version, now I have been charged $39.99 that I noticed on my bank account. I don’t want the subscription nor can we afford it!

Update: as a paid user, I expect actual support for something I’ve paid for that doesn’t work. Very upsetting that even after reporting the issue below, I received no support response from the app. It’s very frustrating and although I was enjoying the app, losing months of progress and tracking has really soured it for me. I’ve been using this app for a few months now and am loving it. I had a good streak going, thousands of points, just hit level 8 or 9, and then this morning my app started crashing. Seems like my phone didn’t like the recent update and now I can’t get anything back, including my set routine, my points, anything. Super frustrating. Might just delete it and find something better.

I looove this game it is amazing. It’s helping me to get in to habits , exersice, drink water and everything else. If your like me you want to get this app especially if you need to learn more habits and all of the other stuff. I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!!! ❤️😊👍🫶🏻💝🎗️

The app is amazing I love it so much it helps me get by my day to day life but when I check on a task it won’t let me scroll it and it freezes after I go out of the app and back in it works again and repeats the loop
