NOT EVEN CLOSE. The gui is god awful, the buttons don’t lineup in landscape mode on my IPad and the absolute cluster disaster to make it work messed up a whole bunch of other midi controllers I have. Avoid it at all costs. It offers nothing special or effective and it certainly is no substitute for Cubase IC.
