This Is The Best DAW for IOS you can BUY!
With the latest update this is a complete full fledged DAW and you can BUY it for the price that some others charge to rent for a month! Record and edit audio Record and edit MIDI Mix and add effects Master! It comes with a plethora of instruments and you can get more (really low prices) in the in app shop They update it consistently Easy to use and there are ton of tutorials online I don’t need a computer to record anymore! I can a carry a recording studio with me!
Best DAW there is
With Cubasis 3.7 iOS, iPhone, and iPad have the best DAW there is. Sound wise it has everything you could ask for, from instruments to drums to synths with HALion, Neo FM, FM Classics, and now Iconica Sketch. Time signature and tempo tracks have made this on par with Logic. The user interface is the best in the business, the UI is beautiful, and the UX is seamless. With the upcoming updates, I hope to see Groove Agent and PDC (plugin delay compensation), but as it stands, Cubasis is now the king of iOS DAWs. Keep it up Steinberg, you have a dedicated customer for life.

Easily the Tippy-Top -Tier of Digital / Audio-Studio ,recording on I-Pad.
These developers have repeatedly strived to upgrade and haven’t disappointed. With the recent update including 3 new expertly sampled synths , I kicked myself for buying libraries of expensive synth apps … All for specific sounds to be more authentic . The new synths built into Cubasis 3 , hit a higher level of quality ,..drastically lessening the need to connect via, In app audio , or external Audio ,units. The drums are authentic and can be used as midi ,audio samples ,..the list of functionality just keeps growing… This is one that I’d keep and use over all the others.
Lost 3 days of work
This app always has a problem. I recently opened a project and 90% of the wave data suddenly disappeared. Two days of work vanished. It auto saves so you can’t really control the backup situation. I always have problems with it. I have the newest iPad that works well with EVERYTHING else. So it’s not the hardware. Buyer beware! This app is trash!
Vision impaired user of IOS voiceover
I just got this awesome app yesterday as I do sound design and overdubbing and needed something bigger and better than garage band. However, voiceover, a text to speech screen reader for IOS users who are blind or vision impaired, this does not work. The only accessibility option that works to use this app is magnification which takes me a long time to perform a simple operation. This would have been 5 stars had this worked with voiceover, so when I hit a button, I’d know what that button was, just by hearing what it was, spoken by voiceover before double tapping it and performing the operation to work on a new project. Could you please fix this in the next update? That would be appreciated so I can continue to use the app much better. Who knows? I could be the next Stevey Wonder some day.
