Ok daw but not free.
I’ve heard awesome things about this program and have used it before, however this version, although it might seem like it, isn’t exactly free. There is a 30 minute trial version, but in order to make music it isn’t ideal to have this type of restraint. I would also like to add that the ui is certainly not optimized for smaller screens and definitely feels more clunky than some other daws. Overall 8/10
Bluetooth issues
so ive got a avatar emp-16 and whenever i try connecting to the app via Bluetooth nothing happens and it just stays on that one screed asking if i have external hardware or not. cant find any information on how to fix this
issues of upgrating from Cubasis LE 3
need help on two issues 1, I downloaded the Cubasis LE 3 first, then upgraded inside the app during the Cyber Deal period. However, I was charged $34.99 instead of $19.99. 2, Also, the app icon on my iphone is still Cubasis LE, not Cubasis 3. When I go to the Cubasis 3 page in the app store, it shows that I need to pay $34.99, instead of just let me download and open it. It’s a very good app though. I would be great if my problems can be solved, thanks.
The best iPhone DAW
I use Cubasis mainly on my iPhone as a field recorder with or without the Yamaha AG06 and a shotgun mic (Sennheiser MKH 500) at 48kHz and 32bits. The most affordable and flexible pro grade recorder. This app is a must have if you are a sound designer/musician. Get it!
Garageband was holding me back..
SO great to have folders for projects! Productivity wise garage band was really holding me back. Well done DAW here!
More fun than computer
I like to use this app for simplicity and fun compare to with computer. Perhaps i am not the best at using DAWs but i can get my work done on this app but why making the drum pads smaller than previous Cubasis LE 2?
THE mobile recording app.
I really like this app. Actually did a small YouTube tutorial on recording guitar in it. However, when I did the upgrade to the full package it still keeps the Cubasis LE 3 icon. Very trivial but just wondering why this is the case.
Great app, great support
A lot of the negative reviews are from people encountering activation issues or who are confused about the product offerings, which is not what reviews are for. But you can see from the responses that the product support is excellent. This is one of the fundamental apps of iOS music making.
Can't connect to unlock purchase
The link to connect my supported amp doesn't work. Tapping on the link has no effect, I can't unlock the purchase with my supported Yamaha amp. This isn't a matter of Bluetooth working, the link in the UI is broken, ie doesn't do anything at all.
