My GAN cube is connecting to the app but it won’t take my left turns, I haven’t dropped it a single time but it is just weird, I want a new and better cube and to anyone who is reading this, make sure you don’t put Clorox or anything to it. My guess is that my sibling or my cousin threw it or it’s just a bad cube, I think gan is amazing but it seems like this happens a lot for a lot of people so just maybe buy the cube at your own risk

I used to love this app (prior to it being an “app”) well a couple years ago lol , lost custom algs and setups long ago so I quit using it , tried it again recently and boy oh boy is this app baaaaaad for training …. seriously go back to the version from a couple years ago and reinstate it , custom algs and automatic next drill , randomized drills ext ext ext , there is zero redeeming qualities as a training device and with the desire to start training again I’m super disappointed in the app and the company in general , my last cubicle order had a gan 5x5 and I think it’ll be the last gan I add to my collection , hopefully moyu figures out the smart cube world because gan has fallen flat on their face on this one

For some unknown reason, when I tried connecting the cube to the app, nothing worked. I filled out the requirements so I don’t understand what’s going wrong. I tried every tutorial known to man, but nothing. I feel both frustrated and disappointed that I had to miss out on this app.

If you haven’t already bought a GAN smart cube then I’m sure you’d be fine downloading, logging in, connecting, (etc.) and I bet the app is great, but it’s just sad I can’t experience almost 80% of the app.

The whole point of a cubing app is to explore more of what the cubing world has to offer. It’s supposed to let you have fun with other people online. But with this app, you get none of that.
