Screen Keep frozen after viewing for 10-20s , happened to both iphone and ipad
Replay doesnt work all the time
Support team cannot provide right trouble shoot just advised to reinstall but still not improving
This all happens after I upgrade
Rubbish app
Furthermore, the team keep asking user to provide details of the problems encountered.
Why ? Do you even have a team to test run the app ? Can’t you see any problem by yourself ? Are you using users to test running the app? Still test running it ? This app up to this date is still like a beta version.
New update takes too long to open app

I would like to know why the app takes 15-20 seconds to load before it opens at the camera page? It might have added one or two functionality with marginal benefits, but for parents the most important thing is to be able to check on your baby when you receive an alert! Keep it simple.

Two weeks on since my review and nobody has responded to this. The developers simply don’t understand what parents care about most.
connectivity issues
Keeps disconnecting saying there is a problem with the wifi. All other devices in the room is getting wifi ok.

Unresolved login issue
Similar to another user the app was fine for a year and two weeks ago it kept logging me out. We tried to log in using different devices, redownloaded and reinstalled the app, updated our devices but nothing worked. It wouldn’t even let me create a new account just keep saying unknown error. The customers support channel was not helpful. It created a lot of stress when we couldn’t keep an eye on our baby. Would not recommend this until they fix the login or the support issue.
Awful
I used this one year with no problem. In the last week alone now, it has logged me out multiple times a day across multiple devices, not letting me log back in (with an “unknown error”) and I have spent one week without eyes on my baby. I have updated the apps, redownloaded, restarted my devices, all multiple times. Nothing works. This has been hugely stressful and a huge waste of time trying to solve.

cant read msg after update
Keep checking repair status with CS before, but cant read msg after apps update few days ago........dont know where can reach CS if the mailbox is nit working.........
