stuck at logo screen after update
i’ve recently updated app now its not loading properly just stuck at logo/intro screen deleted and reinstalled same thing again not working

Payment not working
Can’t make the payment for buying tickets. It gets stuck on blank screen. Also not picking up the call on customer support number.

Worst user experience . Unable to make my account . Try many times to do transaction for booking but failed. The developer of the app should test it before making ur app live. One of the worst cinema app.
Ineffective
Contact number doesn’t work. App won’t let me reset password. App won’t let me sign back in. Wonder how they expect people to make bookings.
