## Cully Description
Tidy up your photo library. Day by day.

Over 20,000 photos and no idea where to start? Duplicates, blurry shots, screenshots from 2019? Cully turns that into something you can actually do.

The idea is simple: choose a random date and browse your photos from that day — from all years at once. A different slice of your life, every session. Keep the best, delete the rest. Five minutes a day, and your library feels lighter.

HOW IT WORKS

• Cully suggests a day. You instantly see all photos from that day, across all years. Not in the mood? Roll again or pick a date yourself.
• Scroll through your grid. Tap to select, pinch to zoom for a closer look.
• iOS confirms every deletion. Photos go to Recently Deleted and can be restored for 30 days.

FEATURES

• Privacy first: No account, no cloud, no tracking. Your photos never leave your device.
• Smart random: Prefers days you haven't sorted yet.
• Albums: Send a selection straight to an album instead of deleting it.
• Finish a day: You decide when a day is done. Sorted days show up in your stats and calendar.
• Share originals: Long-press any photo to share with full quality.
• Live Photos & videos: Play them right in the grid.
• Date picker: Pick a specific day — sorted days are marked.
• Your stats: See how many photos you've deleted and how much storage you've freed up.
• Gentle reminders: Optional notifications to help you stay on track.
• Lock screen widget: Your deletion stats at a glance.
• iCloud sync: Stats and settings across all your devices.
• iPhone, iPad and Mac: Native apps for every screen, stats and settings in sync via iCloud.
• Quick actions: Launch directly from your home screen.
• Pinch to zoom: Zoom into any photo for a better decision.

WHY CULLY?

In photography, "to cull" means going through your shots and keeping only the best. We built Cully because we had the same problem: a photo library that kept growing, with no good way to clean it up.

No account. No cloud. No AI. No analytics. No subscription. Just open it and get started.

Made in Berlin.

## Cully Reviews in United States

### ***** "So so Helpful!!!"
I never ever write reviews but I have to say, this is the most useful app I’ve EVER purchased. I’ve been telling myself for years I need to clean up my camera roll. I’ve almost filled up my iCloud storage so I started looking for an easy way to do it & found Cully!

I started with 23k photos on my phone. I have deleted 5200 so far AND organized others into albums at the same time. I’m only 1/3 of the way through my days. I love how it’s organized, that it gives me states, and gives me bite sized chunks to work through. When I get through all the randomized days, I’ll continue keeping it organized by using the “last 30 days” feature every so often! I also appreciate that I didn’t have to create an account and that it’s not using AI to sort/delete photos.

The ONLY thing I would change is that when you select a bunch of photos and add them to an album, I wish it would automatically deselect them. Or at least have that option, I didn’t see it in the settings. Either way, this app is a GAME CHANGER.

### ***** "So helpful and so worth the price!"
Im really thankful for any app that doesn’t force a subscription. For that alone, 5/5 stars. However this app is also just fun! Instead of scrolling, I find myself going through my photos. I’ve deleted around 500 in just a few days. It makes going through 20,000 photos way less daunting. My only annoyance is that when I click for a random date, It frequently takes me to a date that I had just gone through. Overall I’m really impressed and will definitely be recommending to others!!

### ***** "So simple! Eradicates (most of) my lazy obstacles to photo cleanup work."
Cully is great. Really simple idea: go pull up a handful of photos from a certain date, check them out, delete a selection or al or none of them. It takes minutes, and if you do it regularly, you’ll have made a sizable dent in your eleventeen million photos. I had no idea how much old junk was in there. Once a job gets to big, it seems useless to try. Cully turns it into tiny manageable chunks. Bonus: seeing patterns over the years

### ***** "Love it"
Makes the daunting task of culling out many thousands of photos actually fun.
-- El Ñek, 2026-03-28

### ***** "Love it"
Nice easy bites, much less overwhelming this way and a nice way to look back over the years
-- Bloomicy, 2026-03-27

### ***** "Klasse!"
Super App, Fotos aussortieren macht damit richtig Spaß.
-- Silbl78, 2026-03-26

### ***** "Thank you for this app"
Finally a photo cleaning app that doesn’t feel like “work”.
