Tried the swimming related offering: 1. Infrastructure isn’t good 2. Trainers are sub par - Very little or no real experience 3. Poor customer support

Even after successful payment it’s throwing error. No support phone number, when I raised or though the app no response at all

My kid is in same position , length or skill since January . No improvement has been seen , neither kids are encouraged to do more. Feedback is never updated on sit. Quality was much better in last year but this year, when discussed with coach, kid started getting more scolding with no reason. Whoever is the head should give attention to hennur branch swimming. Literally, seems to be forcing kids to stay the same. Encouragement is very poor.

Wasted my 1 year membership by buying Fitso which I’m not using since three months they are good in sales they mind wash you to buy and tell will give you extra extensions for your membership won’t tell you pros and cons this company forces employees to push sales and made customer to fool you and when you buy their membership they won’t tell you that you don’t have to park vehicles which will be gone when the police takes your car because of non parking area they don’t have parking

I recently visited the swimming trial class in Madhapur. A friend of mine wasn’t allowed inside the pool on the pretext of wrong costume, which was still acceptable. Post that the manager PRITHVI RAJ was very rude there. He misbehaved with me. I want stern actions to be taken against him. I never thought goin to swimming would turn into a nightmare.

Hi. I want to rate Fitso very poorly . I got my almost 14 year old son enrolled for badminton training at EAS Gurgaon on 3rd Oct by paying Rs 7740 . On the first day of training itself I found that there were 10-12 tiny kids of age 5-8 years enrolled in the same session. Few of them could not even hold racquets. There was one coach to manage 10-12 Kids and it seemed like a kids birthday party happening there . When my son hit the shuttle a little hard, the coach told him to play softly to help the tiny tots. What kind of training is this . You guys are fleecing us in the name of sports and training . Stop this and refund the amount

I have been using Fitso for the last 3-4 months and have visited several swimming pools under my membership. Since APJ, Sector 15, Faridabad, is the closest to my house, I prefer going there. I would like to address a few issues I have faced with the service: 1) As APJ is an open pool, whenever it rains, the pool conditions deteriorate, and the water becomes so dirty and green that it's impossible to swim. Due to this, I contracted a skin infection called 'Molluscum Contagiosum,' which is highly infectious and I got it from your swimming pool as I get it checked and got a medical report as well. I am considering legal action due to this poor service. Wish I could attached the images as well 2) Sometimes, due to bad weather, the roads become congested, causing me to arrive late, and a "No show" is marked. Why you don't check the weather and adjust your portal or management accordingly? 3) Another concern is the ongoing road construction near the school premises. This construction lasted for two weeks, and there was no prior notice. Why do you have a manager then? Many of us were delayed during the initial days of the work and noone knew that this would happen to them. What's the point of having a pool by Fitso with zero level of awareness 4) During rainy weather, the swimming pool is often closed without prior notice, causing me to miss classes. Since this is an open pool, I understand that rain can have the pool closed but why no prior notification or emails? You have so much time for spamming my emails but no time to deliver important msgs. You have the resources, especially considering the fees you charge, but the post-purchase service is disgusting. I will bring this whole issue on various platforms, including LinkedIn and review websites. This situation is disappointing, and stop deceiving consumers. I think it's high time for me to raise a voice
