bad service, slow support. They took money from my bank while my order was lost. They offered to compensate for credit to shop at their store but it's been over a week, they haven't sent me anything. I've been supporting them for the past 3 years but wait until you have a problem, they handle it unprofessionally, slowly and very badly. In short, I have to continue using my money to buy their sale items before the sale ends. They still haven't returned the money in my bank and haven't sent me the code with credit to compensate so I can shop. Those of you who are buying from them be careful, wait until you have a problem then you will see how bad they are at solving problems. I have never lost my temper like this, they ruined all my plans and gifts I bought for my family. I will never, never buy from them again !!!
