They have jalapeños in the store but not in the app so kinda ruins my burger when ordering in the app please add jalapeños. Keep the app though

The worst fast food app I’ve ever used. Runs SO slow. You have to hit a button multiple times for it to even work. I always end up giving up on it and switching to the desktop before checking out, and it takes me a fraction of the time to do it that way as opposed to using the app. Also, a rewards system would be amazing for us frequent customers.

Hey Culver’s, I absolutely love you guys as a restaurant. It’s one of my favorite places to go eat. However this app has potential to be great if you added the feature to where you can order from your table. I normally do the order at your table online through the website but it would be so convenient if I could just do that from the app. It would also be nice if you added a feature to where we could earn points for every purchase and redeem them for later. Just some suggestions.

Tried 3 different ways to find a restaurant and place an order. No matter what I did, the app said “sorry, there are no restaurants near here.” For the record, this isn’t true.

Have to order on website if you want to dine in. App is only for to go. Website also doesn’t have your favorites, even though you log in. Confusing. Just make a quality, normal app!

My family and I love Culver’s but see little value in the app other than signing up for the birthday list and checking Flavor of the Day. If the app had some kind of point/reward system we most likely would end up eating at Culver’s more often.

The app looks nice and the flow is fine, but it feels so clunky, slow, and unresponsive to user taps. Inquiring minds want to know what this is built in, React Native or Swift? 👀

Please fix the app, or at least fire the company that cobbled it together. There are gas stations with better mobile order platforms…

Worst app for fast food I’ve ever downloaded, it’s so slow and I can never actually order something by the time I drive to the location because it glitches out! Also there’s no real rewards program so literally what’s the point…. Don’t have an app if it doesn’t even work it’s one job😭

Ive had multiple different apps for restaurants on my phone over the years for ease of ordering and I can confidently say this is the worst one by a mile. The UI is not good and the app is incredibly slow. Save yourself some time and order online or in person.
