To find out what other dressings, you have to keep deselecting on or more to find out what the others are. Someone wasn’t paying attention to where the entry fields are lined up. It’s on all the item add ons. After several different attempts at different time periods. When a consumer utilizes an app especially for order one looks for ease of use and not a hassle to order something simple like the flavor of the day. Then when you attempt to do the create your dish option which is apparently where the flavor of the day is supposed to be it’s not listed nor provides the correct option s to create the flavor of the day. Additionally, when attempting to create the flavor of the door you end up paying over a 30% increase in price. There is no ease again for the consumer when attempting to market to the convenience of the app. It actually does the complete opposite, it causes frustration and gives the feeling of dissatisfaction and makes you not want to come back which again is counter intuitive of what you’re marketing towards. Biggest issue I’ve noticed lately is after placing and order for curdside, you’re supposed to be able to text here, or tap here in the app and then they bring out the food. Lately I don’t even get to tap here or text here and they are already bringing the order out.
