Download our Mobile Banking app and manage your accounts quickly and easily, wherever you are.

BENEFITS:

- View the balances of your Cumberland current accounts, savings and mortgages
- Securely make payments or transfer money between your accounts
- Create regular payments (standing orders) and manage scheduled payments
- Keep up to date with important information via in-app notifications
- Check new payees before you send money using the Confirmation of Payee Service
- Add, edit and delete payees
- Share payment confirmations through email, SMS or your messaging apps
- Browse and filter recent transactions
- Register your Visa debit card(s) for use abroad
- Manage your Direct Debits
- View and download your eStatements
- Send and receive Secure Messages
- Share your account details easily from the account screen

GETTING STARTED:

You must be an existing Cumberland Internet Banking customer to use the app and have previously registered your mobile phone number with us.

To get set up, you need to complete the following steps:

- Download the app and select 'Register' from the main menu
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
- Enter your Internet Banking Customer Number and Access Code
- We'll then send you a security code to the mobile phone number you have registered with us. Enter the code to verify your device.
- Finally, you'll be asked to choose and confirm a 5 digit passcode to enter each time you log on. You can also set up Touch ID or Face ID on compatible devices.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We will not charge you to use our Mobile Banking app, although use may incur data use charges from your network provider.

As well as iPhone, the app is compatible with but not optimised for iPads.

Great that all branches of the Cumberland are still open as so many banks have closed.
I’ve been a customer of The Cumberland building Society for many years and at times needed to speak to a “human” which is a plus.
The staff are always polite, helpful and have always resolved any issues I may have had.
Certainly deserves 5 stars.

Had issues with the app today, locked myself out twice and this was a user fault not an app fault. Both times I had to phone and ask for support. Both occasions the team were helpful and got me sorted. The second call on the same day, the lady talked me through for to reset my app pin. Kind and patient team.
