After the reports arrived, I received a call and was asked to attend an online consultation with a doctor. I requested a written report or summary from the doctor about my condition, but he refused, saying he would not provide anything in writing. This felt very unprofessional, and I started questioning whether it was even legal or if the doctor was genuine. Why is it a problem to give patients a written medical summary?
