Ich liebe es dass ich jetzt wieder echte Hoffnung habe, dass die Schmerzen nicht gewinnen werden- und dass ich mir überhaupt Hilfe gesucht habe, denn oft versucht man ja auch Jahrzehnte lang, seine Probleme alleine in den Griff zu bekommen. Diese App nimmt einen a die Hand, und hilft einem Schritt für Schritt mehr Wissen zu erlangen, das man braucht um wieder echte Kontrolle über sein Leben zu bekommen. Ich bin den Entwicklern unendlich dankbar, und ich kann es jedem der gut Englisch kann zu 100% empfehlen. There was NOTHING in the pricing plans about this. Just a subscription for €99 per year. This app has helped me learn techniques to “re-wire” my brain, to calm down my nervous system so that within a month situations where anxiety and headaches would normally appear, my brain has begun using a different pathway to process the stressor.
