I’m 26 and after 3 years of chronic back pain and trying everything under the sun, I’ve finally found some relief. About 8 months ago I had a spinal fusion for Spondylolisthesis (a vertebrae slipped half way out of place) and I was struggling to stop worrying about my recovery, the pain that still remained after my surgery and the painkillers I was still on. Using the curable app for the past month has meant that I haven’t needed to take any painkillers at all and my pain levels have reduced from a 6-7 to about a 2-3 most days (which is awesome!) it’s given me the confidence, motivation and mobility to keep doing the things I love. The app is great as it is personalised and has learnt what exercises I like doing and topics that I like to learn about or are most relevant to me. I also really love the humour and the fun GIFS they use in the app - sometimes you need a laugh! I subscribed to the full app after about a week of using the free trial as I was hooked!
