Uber and Lyft do it. But it wouldn’t allow me to type anything! When I downloaded the app, it set up auto pay the time I got out of the car. It automatically charge my card 70! Now I live in Fort Lauderdale, FL and the app NEVER works. I pair up the cab with my phone, and at the end of the ride the driver gets an alert that the card has been declined. However I get a receipt saying that the payment was successful. Even when we tried to use multiple different cards manually it wouldn’t let the cards go through. I don’t know if this is a scam going on with the drivers to get cash or if there is a processing issue but either way I’m losing confidence in the app and don’t know who’s to blame. Even my husband had issues processing payments using a different card connected to the curb app on another ride. I’m visiting Chicago this weekend and will try again from the Chicago airport and additionally home from the Fort Lauderdale, FL airport to see if this truly is a locational adoption issue.
